In April 2017, they diagnosed me with breast cancer. It felt like I was falling out of a moving train. A lot of thoughts were going through my head. I’m a mummy of a little, sweet daughter. What will happen to her? What happens when I die? After a couple of weeks of depression, I started to believe in myself. I believed that I would fight for my life, for my health, for my family and my friends. I will stand up for a fight.
After 16 rounds of Chemo and two operations, they took my breast and put a silicone implant in it. They took 19 lymph nodes because this “pain” of cancer was in three of them, and after 6 weeks of radiation therapy, they called me and said I was healed. I was healed after recovering on the beautiful Island of La Gomera, where we did a photoshoot.
Now it’s nearly one year later, and I’m in Yoga Teacher Training and finished my exams. Then I will start my yoga and cancer training. I like to teach people who fall into this disease, don’t give up! You are strong! Believe in yourself! Let your body recover and live your life. Love, laugh, and enjoy every moment!
